Processing time: 2-3 business days before shipment.
Carriers: USPS or UPS.
Domestic shipping fee: flat rate
Free domestic shipping for orders over $75.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.
If an item is lost in transit, contact us at info@stitchedcreations.store and we will assist with a claim.
We only ship in the United States
All stated delivery times are estimates and don't include weekends and holidays. After the package is passed onto the shipment provider, we have no control over the delivery times.

We are not responsible for the following:
- Mistakes made by the shipping provider
- Mistakes in the delivery addresses provided by the customers
- Damage to orders by the shipment provider
- Stolen packages
